Revival Flame Ministries Int'l
For the purpose of lucidity, the Flame women Int’l is a non-denominational Christian organization comprising all married and unmarried sisters in Revival Flame Ministries Int’l from over one hundred denominations. The Flame Women in addition to fellowshipping, prayers and preaching has national and global focus. She joins other numerous Non-governmental Organizations/Agencies, NGOS, to pursue vigorously Poverty Alleviation, Scholarships to Orphans, Counseling to AIDS victims, the Provision of Free Medical Services to Rural Dwellers, Free Legal Advice to Oppressed Women, and Special Assistance to the Widows. Over the years the Flame Women Int’l has not ceased to minister to the sick and the needy. In addition, the Flame Women gives the atmosphere for spiritual and social enhancement for women in order to integrate them to appreciate, and react knowledgably to issues of life and be able to participate actively in the reshaping of our society and become effective leaders for a better spiritual, and socio-economic environment. The Flame Women is an integral arm of the Revival Flame Ministries Int’l but functions independently with Pastor, Mrs. Julian Opara as the Founding President. She was a trained banker who is now sold out fully to the service of the Lord and humanity. She is deeply concerned for the oppressed and suffering masses, and calls everyone that is equally concerned to join the FWI in this unflinching campaign. To mobilize widows into a co-operative society for the purpose of economic empowerment. To facilitate the education of some orphans at least up to secondary institution. To promote girl-child education in Nigeria To offer free medical service to the rural dwellers To offer counseling services to AIDS victims To organize workshops, seminars to sensitize members and indeed all women to expose them to discover and appreciate themselves as uncommon leaders and generation builders. To transmit the much needed truth for spiritual, mental, and social enhancement and character development necessary for active involvement in leadership as parents, and society builders. To enter into partnership with other organization for the purpose of promoting the objective. Relate with government and international organization for the purpose of promoting the objective. Coordinating other activities that is designed to alleviate poverty among women and to establish a news letter that will disseminate information about FWI. It is for this purpose that the FWI exist; you can join the multitude of women that have identified with this exceptional organization. FUNDING The FWI is be primarily funded by friends of the Revival Flame Ministries International and cooperating churches. FWI also seek assistance from International Development Organization such as USAID, BRITISH Council, etc. ADMINISTRATION The FWI is administered by an Executive Director /President who functions as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). There are four other project directors in charge of AIDS programme, Education, Medicare and Widows and Poverty alleviation project. The account of the FWI is kept by an Accountant who makes the book available to donor agencies. |
